From original file to reviewed download.
The studio has a single-file workspace and an optional four-slot application pack. Neither invents official examination requirements; both process files in your browser.
Open the free workspace1. Read your application instructions
Find the current official notice and note the accepted format, optional dimensions, file-size range, and whether each file must be uploaded or captured live inside the portal. If the source itself disagrees, do not treat either value as automatically correct.
2. Upload locally and choose a document type
Open the file workspace, choose Photograph or Signature, and select a JPEG, PNG or WebP image. The original is decoded locally in your browser; there is no FormPixo image-upload endpoint.
3. Set only values actually given
Choose output format and maximum/minimum size in the tool’s KB units (1 KB = 1,024 bytes). Pixel dimensions are optional. Use contain, crop-to-fill with focus controls, or stretch (which can distort content).
4. Inspect the output, then save
The tool measures actual generated bytes, width, height and MIME type before enabling validated download. You must still check appearance, originality and the portal’s live requirements. The tool cannot guarantee portal acceptance.
5. Prepare an optional application package
The four-slot workspace offers photo, signature, thumb impression and declaration slots. You choose and prepare each slot separately, manually review the results, then export a ZIP with an integrity manifest. A ZIP is for your own organisation; portals generally require separate uploads.
