Prepare an application photograph without guessing.
A photo can be the right subject and still fail a form’s technical checks. Prepare the image against the current instructions for your application—not a generic exam preset.
Open the free workspaceStart with the requirements, not a template
Check the original notice for permitted JPEG/PNG formats, minimum and maximum file size, and any pixel dimensions. Some portals specify centimetres without a DPI; centimetres cannot be converted into reliable pixels without that missing information.
Fit and framing are different checks
Keeping the entire picture can add padding. Cropping fills a defined frame but can remove a forehead, ears or shoulders if the original image is unsuitable. Use the crop focus controls only when your form allows cropping, and inspect the result yourself.
How to verify the file you saved
In the workspace, choose Photograph, select your image, enter the official limits, prepare it and read the result. When the measured output passes, review its appearance before downloading. A technical pass is not a guarantee of acceptance by a government portal.
When not to use a prepared upload
Some portals require a live-camera photograph during the application process. This tool cannot replace that step. Complete any mandatory capture inside the official portal.
