Make your signature readable—and the file measurable.
A tiny signature image may meet the byte limit and still be unreadable or clipped. FormPixo helps you resize an existing photograph or scan of your handwritten signature using the exact limits you enter.
Open the free workspaceChoose an original with the whole signature
Start with a clearly photographed or scanned handwritten signature. Keep the first and last strokes inside the image. The app does not reconstruct missing ink or certify handwriting authenticity.
Use your application’s actual limits
Signature requirements vary across forms and even between sections of a single official notice. Enter the exact accepted format and KB range, with pixel sizes only when stated. Do not convert centimetres into pixels by inventing a DPI.
Check before you download
Select Signature in the main workspace, enter the form’s requirements, prepare the image and inspect both the measured output and visible ink. A compressed file may technically pass while the mark remains too faint or closely cropped.
Optional gentle paper and ink cleanup
After selecting Signature, you can explicitly enable gentle paper and ink cleanup before preparing. It lightens pale neutral paper and slightly reinforces dark neutral strokes locally. It is off by default and does not change your original file. It may fade faint handwriting, so compare the original and prepared previews carefully and disable cleanup if any stroke looks different or disappears. The same option is available only in the signature slot of the four-document workspace.
Avoid over-cropping and stretching
Keep-entire-image is often the safer starting point. Stretching can distort handwriting; crop-to-fill may cut off strokes. If the original is low contrast, capture a cleaner original instead of assuming compression can repair it.
