Describe the operation, chosen output type, the requirement values you entered, and a general description of the browser or device. If there is an error, you may copy its message after removing private data.
What not to share publicly
Do not post application photographs, signatures, identity numbers, admit cards, private documents, account credentials, full filenames containing personal data or upload links in a public GitHub issue. A reproducible description is enough to begin review.
Official application questions
We cannot interpret official eligibility requirements or file an application on your behalf. Contact the authority directly for the live application form and its latest camera, photo and signature rules.
