Find the slot that was left behind
Open the four-document workspace and select the photo, signature, thumb impression or declaration slot that is missing. Look at its status. “Image selected” means the file has not yet been prepared. A technical pass still needs your visual review. A failed check must be resolved first.
If you marked a slot as required, FormPixo will prevent packaging while that required slot is incomplete. Optional empty slots can remain outside the ZIP.
Prepare, then review each output
For the missing slot, check its own format, KB limits and dimensions. Prepare the file again if you changed a requirement. Inspect its preview for cropped edges or faint handwriting. Mark it reviewed only after the technical result passes and you have inspected the real image.
You do not need to redo every completed document because one slot was missing. Keep the already reviewed slots and work on the affected one.
Check the ZIP and manifest
After export, open application-files.zip. The archive uses fixed document-type names and includes validation-manifest.json. The manifest lists the files actually included, with their measured bytes, format and pixel dimensions, plus technical and review status.
It does not list your original filenames, and it does not certify any government's application requirements. An excluded optional or unreviewed slot is absent from the manifest's included-file list; look at the workspace status to learn why it was excluded.
If the ZIP cannot be created
FormPixo limits a ZIP to 32 MiB in total. That total includes the packaged file entries and their overhead. If the resulting ZIP exceeds this safety limit, download the already prepared files separately rather than bypassing validation.
An application portal may ask you to upload each document into its own field. The ZIP is for your records or transfer between your devices; only upload an archive if the portal explicitly accepts ZIP files.
Other checks that may help
If the missing slot fails on size, check the photo-too-large guide before reducing quality further.
